That is a scary thought now that I think about it.
Like, imagine, because Shining armor was basically tainted, part of Sombrero buns lives in him and slowly starts to control him to get Sombras body back.

I won't be active for the next one and a half to two months (because of traveling and moving) and maybe (probably) not until season 4 of MLP starts.
