Well this took far too long to do and I’m not really totally happy with how it turned out but I guess that’s the effect an inefficient work environment can have.
Thankfully I’m moving within a week or two so that should all change soon.
Though between now and then, I’ll probably only be posting sketches.
But anyway enough with the me issues, here’s the first in my long overdue stack of requests that I am now getting back to: Thunderhead!
He’s a pretty cool dude that has an entertaining habit of shooting me a message over Skype completely out of the blue every so often, and making my day just a little less dull for it.

My Little Sunshine Redux by *PixelKitties
Many moons ago, in the year 2011 CE I was pretty much the same as now, namely a dorky fan of cartoon ponies drawing dumb things to amuse myself and the occasional not-myself individual. The first pony-related art I made that achieved any semblance of notoriety/infamy was a multi-page comic that parodied the 2007 Sci-Fi film Sunshine.
At the time I was quite proud of it. Looking back, I’m still happy with how it turned out. I certainly haven’t had the time/ambition to do a multipart comic like that since.

UPDATE- Thank you so SO very much to everyone who joined me for the movie! Sunshine has its flaws but it really is a wonder of cinematography with a glorious soundtrack. Sunshine is a beautiful film to behold.
